Solid Gold Pet products, along with a variety of other brands in the pet specialty category, are currently being sold on Jet.com. To be clear, Solid Gold Pet has no direct relationship with Jet.com and has not approved this site as an authorized retailer to sell our products.  We do not sell direct or through distributors to Jet.com.
As America’s first holistic pet food brand, Solid Gold has a deep history of aligning with retailers who have an unwavering passion for pets and can deliver the same level of nutritional wisdom that our company was founded upon. Today, with more than 40 years in this industry, Solid Gold is as committed as ever to protecting the integrity of our retail partnerships—this includes standing behind our carefully selected retailers and taking action against those who have not been authorized to sell our products. This is critically important to us as we rely on strong and knowledgeable pet specialty retailers to help ensure that Pet Parents have the best possible interaction with the Solid Gold brand.
While unauthorized resale of products can happen from time to time, we take the issue very seriously. In an effort to ensure authenticity and preserve the integrity of our distribution channels, Solid Gold is actively investigating how our products have become available on this site, and will seek to resolve the issue as appropriate.
